3 books that made me 6 characters – part 2 | Businessman

The expressed views of the contributors of the entrepreneur are their own.

My first article about three books that helped me to give me a $ 100,000 brand was very introspective and I love the books presented in this article – they really changed my life. I still listen to them often; They never get old and I always learn new things.

But fair warning, books in this The article is 180 degrees of books listed in the first article, but I love them the same way, and when used in tandem, opportunities are endless.

There is something about the balance of spiritual growth and physical exertion that unlocks a certain level – a level that I did not exist even now. There is something about how to physically push so hard that about you, even they did not know that it was possible, and that has a huge impact on your thinking, which will strengthen you in all aspects of life, involves running and growing your business!

Book No. 1 – I can’t hurt me David Goggins

I have already written about David Goggins, and this is a 100% book that made me realize that I can do (very) hard things. My “hard” is not as hard as he grew up. Being physically, verbally and emotionally abused by his father, called racial slots, and had a handful of learning learning, nothing easy for him. At the time he was in the early 1920s, he was overweight, worked on a dead end in the Society for People’s Control and did not aim overall. I will be honest: this book was difficult to mention times because he shares RAW experiences from his life when he grew up.

However, this makes it realize whether one can overcome this way, we can also! In this book, Goggins overlapped with his first breed of 100 miles … I will leave you physical details to find out (I just fit a little in my mouth) and shared what he glued with me about his thinking.

Here is his 40% philosophy: “When you think you’re done, you’re just about 40% on what your body is able to do. These are just the limits we put on each other. ”

That threw my mind.

And he made me realize how impressive our mind + body connection. We think we have donated, but we have much more. This also applies to our mental abilities. Once we realize that we can do much more in such a Mary areas of life …

Life is changing forever.

Bonus: Never approved

Goggins’s second book He continues with more of his story and shares more of his experience, thanks to which someone reads that they can also do hard things.

Book 2 – Withstand Author: Cameron Hanes

Hanes’ famous hashtag, #keephammering, almost summarizes everything. Hanes was born and grew up in a small town outside Eugene in Oregon and had a fine childhood – his parents divorced when he was young, and Hanes spent most of his time to keep away from the tension of his house and seemed to be very interested in anything but at the party and walk …… until his first hunting at 19.

That changed him. He started watching his passion for bowhunting. He realized he wanted to be the best, so he started running marathons (not half, but all) a day before him 9-5 work and shot arrows when he returned home from work. He is a huge believer that he won’t let others cross you, are obes and trained hard, so you can easily hunt.

How can you use these tips for your business?

Are you excited about what you do? Hopefully the answer is yes.

Do you do everything you can achieve your dreams and live your passion? I know that every day is not rainbows and butterflies, but if you are not excited about what you do, you will have a hard time to work to make your business successful.

Do you do hard things so “hunting” is easy? This is different for everyone, but to do something physical daily that pushes you to make your daily tasks, headaches, etc., easier to deal with, because you will be mentally mindful to be in a better place.

PS is no surprise Hanes and Goggins are friends!

Book 3 – Tireless Author: Tim S. Grover

To be honest, I never heard of Grover before this book, but I saw someone shared him on Instagram and said it was a necessity for business owners and were right.

The first grover client starts alone? Michael Jordan. He feels handwritten letters to all in the Bulls team … except MJ. But Jordan heard about it and addressed him!

Other customers included Kobe, Dwayne and Sir Charles. This book is depth of hard physical work and the mental power that these great endured to hit and crush their goals. The title says it all: these guys were relentless in trying to dream of their dreams, and it comes with blood, sweat and tears.

Action of an item

Frankly, I’m not great in how to explain how to physically push Lysf by physically inspiring my life from these books, but I encourage you to push yourself to see how they feel.

Set a physical goal that seems to be out of reach and complete it. You don’t have to be the best or fastest; You have to finish it. Now try Goggins 4 x 4 x 48 (running 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours … I didn’t think I’d complete it for the first time!)

I can promise you that you will feel different and your perspective will change completely – about yourself, your business, the world, what is actually possible, everything.
